This page describes the current pre-launch DM Grid website. DM Grid does not yet offer accounts, message connections, or a live DM product through this site.

Information we handle

We do not ask you to submit direct messages or social account credentials on this website. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the site.

Early access

When you join the DM Grid waitlist, we collect your email address, the language of the page you used, the signup location on the site, and the submission time. We use this information to manage early access and contact you about DM Grid. New signups are also sent to an access-controlled internal Feishu group so our team can respond.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use DM Grid, such as which pages are viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and device and browser information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for this measurement. We use these insights to improve the site and do not use Google Analytics for advertising on this pre-launch site. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
